Local elementary school students visited our factory for a tour.
On October 29, 2025, students from a local elementary school (Fujie Elementary School) visited our factory.
On the day of the visit, our employees provided easy-to-understand explanations while guiding the students through the actual manufacturing site, showing how transmission components are produced. The children listened attentively and watched the machinery with great interest, demonstrating strong curiosity about the manufacturing process.
During the Q&A session, we received a wide range of questions—from those about manufacturing, such as the number of production robots, to more lighthearted ones like the most popular menu items in the employee cafeteria. It was a valuable opportunity to interact and deepen交流 with the students.
As a token of appreciation, we also presented each student with an original Aikitec cap.
We hope that this factory tour provided an opportunity for the next generation of children to think about their future paths and to experience the enjoyment of manufacturing.
