Aikitec leverages three core technologies—precision forging, friction welding, and high-precision gear machining—to achieve efficient, high-quality manufacturing.
By utilizing forging simulation and adopting net-shape manufacturing to minimize machining, we significantly reduce costs and lead times.

In friction welding, even long shafts can be handled with our existing equipment. Additionally, with micron-precision gear flank machining, we meet the high-precision requirements of EV and other advanced applications.

『Acomos』 is a simplified production management system developed by Aikitec, designed to visualize the operating status of manufacturing equipment.
It can be installed on all equipment, regardless of age, and allows for easy function expansion and customization, thereby strengthening QCD performance (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
Immediately detect equipment stoppages and display an error message to prevent downtime losses.
Additionally, as a new initiative, we are testing the acquisition of power consumption data for monitored equipment, which will help reduce CO2 emissions by curbing unnecessary power usage.
