As a good corporate citizen, we strive to be a company that coexists with the community and engage in social contribution activities.
Factory Tour Implementation
Each factory holds tours for local elementary, junior high, and high school students.
Visitors can observe the entire manufacturing process – from material delivery, pressing, machining, heat treatment, and polishing to final shipment- allowing them to experience firsthand how products are made.
Additionally, visitors also have the opportunity to see our environmentally conscious facilities, such as solar power generators, as well as automated production lines featuring manufacturing robots and unmanned guided vehicles (AGVs) for parts transportation.
We will continue to strive toward becoming an open and accessible manufacturing company that welcomes the local community.

Workplace Experience and Internship Programs
Each factory offers workplace experience programs and internships for junior high school, high school, and university students.
Through our workplace experience program, participants gain firsthand insight into real workplace environments by working in our factories and interacting with our employees, fostering practical and meaningful learning experiences.
During the internship, participants tour our factory and learn about the automotive parts industry as a whole, as well as the specific operations of the department they are interested in.
We will continue to provide students with learning opportunities outside of school.

Traffic Safety Awareness Campaign
As part of our commitment to coexisting with the local community and its residents, we exhibit annually at the Higashiura Town Industry Festival. Through activities such as bicycle simulator experiences and traffic sign bingo games, we promote traffic safety awareness.
We also conduct traffic safety awareness campaigns on the streets.
Community Cleanup Activity
To promote community beautification, we regularly conduct roadside weed removal and litter collection around our company premises.
These activities not only improve the surrounding environment but also contribute to raising employee awareness of safety and responsibility in daily operations.
Illuminations
At headquarters plant, seasonal illuminations are displayed from December to January. We hold this event annually to bring comfort and enjoyment to our employees and those passing by our buildings.
As it has become a local specialty, when the season arrives, we encourage you to stop by and see the illuminations that cast a fantastical and brilliant glow over winter nights.

Environmental Policy
- As a manufacturer of automotive components, we recognize the environmental impact of our activities, engage all employees in environmentally responsible practices within technically and economically feasible limits, and strive for continuous improvement.
- We will strive to prevent pollution by complying with relevant environmental regulations and laws. We will make particular efforts to prevent water pollution in local rivers.
- To reduce environmental impact, we actively promote resource conservation and energy efficiency, we will strive to conserve resources and energy, promoting and enhancing our positive environmental image.
- Through regular reviews and internal audits, we reflect current conditions against our environmental objectives and targets.and continuously improve our environmental management system.
- The environmental policy shall be communicated to all indivisuals working for the organization, and activities shall be conducted based on this policy. It shall also be disclosed externally upon request.
Acquisition of DBJ Environmental Rating
Our company obtained an “Environmental Rating” from Development Bank of Japan Inc. (hereinafter “DBJ”) in March 2012, and received financing based on this formal rating.The DBJ Environmental Rating is the world’s first lending program to introduce a specialized environmental evaluation methodology developed by DBJ. This system assesses a companies’ environmental management practices, select outstanding companies, and set lending terms commensurate with their evaluation.
In this rating, our company’s following initiatives were highly evaluated.
- Achieving significant reductions in CO2 emissions and waste generation by continuously improving manufacturing technologies and enhancing production efficiency
- At our headquarters plant, we have fully implemented energy-saving equipment such as air-cooled compressors, gas heat pump individual air conditioning systems, and roof sprinklers, along with renewable energy generation including solar power. This embodies our policy of being “environmentally friendly and pollution-free.”
