The 3rd “HANAMI 2025” was held.

On March 29, 2025, we held our internal event “HANAMI 2025,” hosted by Aikitec and the labor union.
Blessed with fine weather, the event welcomed more than 500 participants.

In addition to popular programs from last year—such as the highly acclaimed magic show and golf lessons by professional golfers Mr. Hirakawa and Mr. Nakamura—we also introduced new attractions this year, including a “Clown Circus,” making the event even more exciting.

The event concluded with a grand raffle and a rock-paper-scissors tournament, which both adults and children had been eagerly anticipating.
The alternating moments of silence and cheers created a lively atmosphere, and both activities were a great success.

We will continue to organize such events as opportunities to strengthen communication among employees and to help their families gain a deeper understanding of our company.
