2025 Entrance Ceremony
On April 1, we held our 2025 Entrance Ceremony and welcomed seven new employees to the company.
Under the bright spring sunshine, President Hayashi delivered a message encouraging them to “not fear failure and to continue learning proactively.” The new employees listened attentively, with expressions that reflected both hope and a sense of nervous anticipation.
